Changed your mind? Tell us within 14 calendar days after the day your order arrives, then return it within a further 14 days. Email valeandrow1@gmail.com with your order number for return instructions. You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. Faulty or incorrect items are covered separately and your statutory rights remain unchanged.

Estimated UK delivery is 8–11 calendar days from the date you place your order. The delivery dates shown on product pages are estimates, rather than guaranteed arrival dates. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us with your order number so we can help.

Use the size options and any measurements provided on the product page. Fits can vary between styles, so compare measurements with a similar garment you already own. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we will help with the available sizing information.

Follow the care label supplied with your garment. Washing, drying and ironing requirements vary by fabric and construction; avoid assuming that all items can be machine washed or tumble dried.
